I'm donating my birthday to support those with cerebral palsy!

Hey folks, for my 50th birthday I am requesting  NO PRESENTS please...!

I would much rather you make a donation to the  Cerebral Palsy Alliance.

This will assist the lives of young people and adults living with Cerebral Palsy.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible and you will receive a tax receipt via email. 

This is a cause that is close to my heart.
